Sweet & Sour Pork
3 lb. pork, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. pineapple pieces
3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
Lightly brown pork in a large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cover and simmer for 45 minutes until done. Serve over your favorite rice.
