Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1/2 pound Chorizo
1 can rotel
4 cans black beans
1 med/lg onion
Directions:
Chop up onion into small bits and put in fry pan. Add ground pork and chorizo(out of it's casing) and sautee until the pork is cooked.
Place in large pan to finish.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer over low heat.
Serve over a spoon of rice and top with your favorite cheese and sour cream!
