Pecan Crumb Apple Pie
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. sliced & peeled apples
1 unbaked pie crust
In large bowl toss together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and apples. Spoon into unbaked pie crust.
Crumb Topping
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped pecans
For crumb topping, combine brown sugar, flour and cut in butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes until done.
