I just got off the phone with the IRS and HR Block. If you did the RAL or other rapid refund and they took the fees out at that time then your refund was in a temporary holding bank and therefore it will not be direct deposited but mailed instead.
Mailing is around June so very unhappy here at my house. Expected our direct deposit this week.
