Chicken Marsala
2 boned chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper
1/4 c. Marsala wine
1 tbsp butter
Coat chicken 2 times with cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Melt butter in fry pan. Fry chicken slowly, carefully turning over. When well browned, add Marsala wine. Cover and simmer until done.
