Texas Caviar
1 can black-eyed peas (drained & rinsed)
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
6 green onions, diced
1 small onion, diced
3 oz. jar diced pimentos
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cilantro
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
8 oz. Italian Dressing
Combing all ingredients above and pour into a bowl. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Serve with Nacho Chips.
