Amber Alert Ticker

I wanted to add that feature to the site in the hopes that we can pass them on. My heart sank today as I saw it go yellow, which meant there was an alert. Thankfully, they found the missing little boy.

Thanks for adding to the site-It is so important that everyone knows when a child goes missing
I went to look at the update and saw that you could download a ticker to your desktop so I filled out the form to get one

I hope that I never see it light up but if it does we need to definitely pass it on.
