| I absolutely Love this site. I log in daily and I read their emails daily...I just haven't gotten off m y tush to workout yet lol -Hi, I'm Rose and I'm a procrastinator- lol
I hope everyone will at least check it out. There is amazing support. I am in a group for 30 something smokers trying to lose weight. (I think that is where I am) Anyway, if you are really determined the coaching is here.
