Most of the home office jobs we offer are for the position of Call Analyst. These are permanent PART TIME CAREERS, not part time jobs. Our Analysts listen to pre-recorded phone calls from our clients and evaluate the performance of the agent and comments of the customer. The analysis is entered onto an online scorecard along with coaching comments focused on helping the agent improve their customer service skills.
The minimum work and education experience requirements for these jobs vary from one contract to another but usually require a college degree and previous supervisory experience.
Most positions are part time. You will need a PC (specifications will be forwarded to you during the interview process) and a cable speed Internet connection. The work demands a quiet work space so that you can concentrate on each call without distraction. You will also participate in various conference calls with other team members on a regular basis so you will need a telephone at your work station.
The entire interview and training process is conducted remotely with you in your home office. No need to travel!
