a little grumpy today....

So I have a 13, almost 14 month old, little guy and he sleeps through the night. Haven't had a problem with him in months. He is usually happy go luck and doesn't really fuss much...unless I've got him trapped in the high chair :)

Any way, yesterday he was sooooo GRUMPY!!! Crying with tears and everything (so unlike him) I couldn't even put him in the pack-n-play to take a shower!!!! He wouldn't go to bed...he just kept tossing and turning and crying...not like he was in pain but just really fighting going to bed. Then he was up EVERY TWO HOURS AND WANTED TO NURSE!!!! I don't see how I made it thru all of that when he was little...lol

So now he is up and 6am....he usually gets up around 7:30am.....and he is ready to go. He seams to be in a better mood but who knows at this point...to early to tell!!!

Will me and my 3.5 year old make it through another day of 'grumpy baby'???

I thought so maybe too

So I did give him some tylenol at bedtime....didn't help...maybe they were just hurting him more than the tylenol could help???

UPDATE:

I was tickling the little guy and he bent his head back...I took a look at his mouth and on either side of his front two teeth, big bulging gums!!! It looks like they are ready to pop any day now :)

That's the good news...the bad news....they aren't thru yet!!!!!

Yup teething...try a frozen banana...a little messy...but it will keep in the high chair for a bit...it is yummy, nutritional and the coldness will help with the teeth.

You know my cure.. works for that too. LOL

What's your cure MP? Frozen chocolate bar...lol
