Magic Jack

Just wondering if anyone here uses magic jack for their local or long distance phone calls. I recieved mine in the mail yesterday and just got it installed. I was hoping for a local phone number but there wasn't one available for where I live. I would love to hear your feedback on the magic jack.

I got one a few weeks ago. So far I am pretty happy with it. I won't give it a rave. Sometimes the sound quality is echo-y and I have had a couple of calls drop. I previously had a VOIP that cost me less than $5/mo but the magicjack beats that.

I have majic jack as my son's phone line. No problems with it. Come on.....$19.99 a YEAR. I'm just glad it works....let alone...has voicemail, caller ID, etc.

We just got magicjack after our move, and we LOVE it. My sister in GA has had it for a few years now and she loves it too.

Just wanted to update this post and say I have been using my magic jack for about 2 weeks and I am very satisfied with it. I have had no problems at all. There is no delay, it is very clear. For $20 a year you can't go wrong.
