Chocolate Bars
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. oatmeal
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. margarine
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
Cream sugar, brown sugar and 1 cup margarine. Mix in eggs, flour, baking soda and oatmeal. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a ungreased baking pan. Over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, 1/2 c. margarine and milk. Pour that over the mixture in the pan and then cover with the remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
